Heidi's Overall Philosophy for People’s
Health Care...
"I believe that it is important to consult
healthcare providers for care and recommendations. While acupuncture and herbal
medicine are great for relieving symptoms, it also works at the root of the
problem, and at the whole, connected picture. How is your energy? Are you
stressed? Do you sleep at night? While these issues can’t be resolved with one
magic acupuncture treatment, they can be improved with diet, lifestyle, and
exercise recommendations combined with acupuncture and herbs. I also believe
that acupuncture is part of a lifelong commitment to good health. I am willing
to work with you in your own personal goals, whether it’s relief of symptoms, or
more."
Heidi is married to Jesse Vaughn together they have
two children, Natasha & John and two cats. Their family are members of
St. Andrew
Fool-for-Christ Serbian Orthodox Church in Redding, CA. Heidi's other
interests and hobbies include: time with family and friends, camping, hiking,
and gardening. She is currently learning to fish, sew, and knit.
